In the field of food and drinks, many Persian foods, drinks and tools have entered the Islamic culture and the Abbasid literature of the golden age, such as: Skakbaj, Khashkanan, Samaye, Luzing, Juzeng, Dushab, Dada, Dostafshar, Tarjara and ... indicating the extent of the Persian influence in this field on Islamic culture.
