Strategies to achieve moderation to build peace in post-ethnic conflict countries

Abstract
Iraq is characterized by social pluralism based on ethnic, sectarian, sectarian and national foundations, and this pluralism suffers from identity tension, and the dilemma of this pluralism distinguishes it from many countries of the world that manage their community pluralism peacefully, such as Switzerland, India, Malaysia, the United States of America and other countries that have succeeded in this and maintained on the security of their societies from regression to violence. Iraq suffers from a great problem, which is sectarian and ethnic violence, which stems mainly from reality. This violence made us, as Iraqis, aspire to build peace that achieves the principle of coexistence for all Iraqis, regardless of their sub-identities. after 2003. And the search for strategies capable of achieving the principle of moderation in accordance with the principles of tolerance, dialogue and acceptance of the different in order to build sustainable peace, is the most important question that the research seeks to answer.We used the systemic analysis method to reach satisfactory answers to the research questions. We divided the research into three sections, in addition to an introduction and a conclusion. The most important finding of the research is the need to work on creating a social environment that accepts a culture of peace and coexist with the different religious, sectarian or national ones, and seeking to formulate policies for action carried out by state institutions in cooperation with civil society organizations with a common goal in achieving peaceful coexistence in the Iraqi state
