Abstract

Abstract:Order and management are two dissimilar terms that had been used by John Arden in his play Sergeant Musgrave's Dance. Arden employs these two terms in order to express his ideology in relation to war and its consequences. The study aims to discuss thesetermsas strategies in drama. It also focuses on howArden uses these two terms in his play byconcentrating on his employment of management and order to the characters of the play in particular and the nation in general.
