The effect of exercises using the method of learning for mastery and performance simulation tools in developing the skills of standing on the hands and the human wheel for the floor movements carpet in the artistic gymnastics for men

Abstract

The role of exercises in the learning-to-management method that simulates the motor performance of the skills under study and the use of tools and implementation of exercises on them to serve the objectives of the educational units was addressed by the two researchers, especially the importance of this method and these exercises and tools that helped develop the skills of standing on hands and the human wheel with ease and safety to reach By it to mastery, where the aim of the research is the effect of exercises in the learning style for mastery and performance simulation tools in developing the skills of standing on the hands and the human wheel for the carpet of floor movements in artistic gymnastics for men. For its suitability and the nature of the research, as for the research sample, it was represented by artistic gymnastics beginners in the Ramadi Youth Forum, and they were chosen to represent the experimental and control group for the research sample, which numbered (13) beginners between the ages of (8-10) years, as they represent the community of origin by (100%) and by lottery. The experimental group was chosen, in which the number of players reached (6) beginners, representing (46.15%). As for the most important conclusions, S The learning method for mastery depends on the method used in learning some floor rug skills in artistic gymnastics, and the most important recommendations are to adopt the learning method for mastery in the trainers' curriculum and give sufficient time and repetitions to reach mastery.
