Abstract
The researcher has made an experiment to investigate the verification of the two hypotheses spending two months in Rasheed Al-Hijri Intermediate School for Boys subordinated to the Directorate of Education in Babylon. The researcher has chosen the last four chapters of the book of physics for the second intermediate class. The results show that the students of the experimental group who have studied by the pivotal thinking skills have exceeded the students of the control group who have studied traditionally.
